Payroll

PDFPrintE-mail

Payroll is becoming more and more complicated as new legislation is introduced. Payroll covers such areas as:

• Employer’s National Insurance Contributions
• Student loan deductions
• Pay as you earn (PAYE)
• Benefits-in-kind that may need to be declared.

It is clearly essential to maintain accurate records and calculate how much to pay yourself and your staff. We are able to cost effectively relieve you of the complexity of dealing with this aspect of your business. Providing year round contact and support – Guaranteed!

Paye & NI

Using the tax code provided by HMRC, we can handle all your payroll requirements ensuring the accuracy of payments and deductions. We are happy to handle queries directly from your staff, in effect providing all the benefits of your own payroll department at far less cost.

CIS

The Construction Industry Scheme is a system whereby tax may be deducted from contractors and subcontractors working in the construction industry. However the verification process to determine the correct tax deduction can be challenging. We will issue monthly certificates to those concerned. We can take responsibility for this quite complex process and relieve you of this additional pressure.

Entitlement to work

Do you know there are significant fines imposed by the Border Agency on employers who take on staff who are not entitled to work in the UK? We can review your new applicants and help ensure your compliance thereby saving you time and reducing your risk.

SSP and other statutory entitlements

Statutory Sick Pay is fairly well known. Are you aware, however, of the rules relating to Statutory Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay? We are, and can ensure you, as the employer are compliant and can recover your entitlement from HMRC.
