Annual accounts

All Limited companies and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP's) must prepare accounts for presentation to the shareholders/partners and filing at Companies House. We can determine whether a company is required to file 'full' or 'abbreviated' accounts and if the accounts need to be audited. Having determined the requirements, we can prepare all the necessary documents for your signature and then file the accounts on your behalf. We also provide a straightforward explanation of the accounts in plain English.
